Classic channel lineup :

• The channel range from positions 001 to 900.
• All Shaw Direct customers who subscribed before September 14, 2009 or after June 1, 2013 receive this channel schedule.
• HD channels are found at numbers 001 and above.
• Standard definition (DS) channels are grouped with local channels in the 300.
• Sports channels are in the 400s.
• The thematic channels are in the 500.
• The films are in the 600s.
• The French-speaking channels are in the 700.
• The radios are in the 800's.
• Stingray digital music channels are in the 900s.
• Pay Per View starts at position 950.

Advanced channel list :

• Standard definition (DS) channels are grouped with local channels and are followed by sports channels, thematic channels and films up to the 200 positions.
• French-language channels and premium HD sports packages can be found from position 380.
• HD channels range from 500 to 650.
• The rest of the Advanced channel grid is similar to the Classic grid. French stations are in the 700, radio and music are in the 800 and 900, and the Pay Per View starts from position 950.

Here's a simple way to find out what type of grid you're receiving

1. Press the GUIDE button on the remote control.
2. Enter the channel number "091".
• If it’s the channel "NAT HD" (National Geographic HD), you are receiving Classic channel grid.
• If it is the string "PBSSPO" (PBS Spokane), you are receiving the Advanced channel grid.
